Product Overview
First and foremost our products are not suction cups. The SeaSucker Vacuum Mount is not reliant on generating vacuum through the application of pressure onto the surface. Furthermore suctions cups create a partial vacuum by expelling air between the cup and the surface when pressed in the centre.
Unlike suction cups, the SeaSucker Vacuum Mounts have an inbuilt hand-actuated pump that efficiently evacuates the air generating greater holding power and they also have an orange or white band providing a clear indication of the level of holding power. All that is required to return the vacuum mount to maximum strength is to depress the vacuum pump until it retracts fully. Suction cups provide no indication regarding the level of holding power.
