The ICE 7 AMP Street Series Ignition kit suits the Holden 253-308 V8 with VN Style heads and a carburettor with a minimum shot of 100hp nitrous. This kit is ideal for most street-driven cars and can also be used with electronic carburettors that control air and fuel only, as long as they don't control engine timing.

The ICE Ignition "Digital Inductive Spark" technology delivers the most powerful spark and longest duration of any ignition system. More spark means greater tuneability, which leads to improved performance.

ICE IGNITION DELUXE KIT - Includes ICE 2316 Voltage Booster

Included with our ICE Ignition Kits to suit Carburettored engines is the ICE Ignition 2316 Voltage Booster. Capable of delivering 16 volts regardless of the quality of your car's electrical system, the ICE Ignition 2316 Voltage Booster is a simple "Plug & Play" device. Just plug it into the ICE Ignition wiring loom, and the voltage booster will do the rest. 

The ICE Ignition 7 AMP DELUXE Street Kit with ICE 2316 Voltage Booster ensures 16 volts are being supplied to the ignition system. With 16 volts on tap at all times, this also ensures the broadest tuning window for your engine. The ICE 2316 Voltage Booster ensures maximum spark is being delivered to the spark plug whilst opening up more tuning options via the ICE Ignition 7 AMP Series Control Box.

The ICE Ignition 7 AMP 2 STEP Nitrous Control Street/Race Series Control Box

The ICE Ignition 7062NR Street/Race Series Control Box features the following.

1. 10 Pre-programmed Timing Curves - The push-button selectable curves enable fine timing control through timing advance. With the ICE Ignition 7062NR, you can "LOCK TIMING" or apply up to 14 Degrees of advance by using the Timing Control switches.

2. Nitrous Retard - The Nitrous Retard works by applying 12 volts to a combination of the four dedicated Retard wires (White, Yellow, Blue & Brown). We recommend connecting your preferred wires to the Nitrous switch in your car. The Nitrous Retard can apply up to 20 Degrees of Timing Retard upon activation.

3. Rev Limiter (1-STEP)—This push-button selectable rev limiter is adjustable in 100 RPM increments. It provides excellent insurance against accidentally over-revving your engine by cutting out the spark.

4. Rev Limiter (2-STEP)—This push-button selectable rev limiter is adjustable in 100 RPM increments and is active when a constant 12 volts is applied to the white wire in the wiring loom. Connect this to a momentary switch to use as a launch control.

The controller must be mounted inside your car, NOT your engine bay. We recommend the use of NON-RESISTOR Spark Plugs.

What's in the ICE Ignition Kit?

This ignition kit includes the following

1. 7062NR Controller - 10 pre-defined push-button selectable timing advance curves, Up to 20 Degrees of Timing Retard under Nitrous Injection is available through the dedicated Nitrous Control wires & push-button selectable rev limiters for MAX RPM and Launch Control

2. 2316 Voltage Booster - Ensures 16 Volts are being delivered to the ignition system at all times

3. ICE Ignition Billet Distributor - The ICE Ignition Distributor uses a “Hall Effect Sensor”  to communicate with the ICE Control Box. It will not work unless it's connected to an ICE Control Box. Please select from the following options:

   • Engine Camshaft – This is MOST important; please select the camshaft type from the options list. If you are unsure, please call us on 1300 722 580.

   • LARGE or SMALL Cap Distributor -  A "No Cost" option of a SMALL (4" diameter) or LARGE (5" diameter) Cap Distributor. We always recommend a LARGE Cap Distributor if you have the available space. It uses a Heavier-Duty Rotor Button, and the post spacing is further apart, reducing the risk of crossfire. 

4. ICE Ignition Pro 100 9 mm Leads / Plug Wires - Please select from the following "No Cost" Options:

   • ICE Ignition 9HOL807 Pro 100 9 mm finished lead set  - Fitment is AROUND THE VALVE COVERS. If a different lead fitment is required please call us.

   • ICE Ignition 9MMSTU Pro 100 9 mm DIY set  - A partially finished lead set with the spark plug end terminated and the boots fitted. The leads are cut extra-long.  Lead crimpers are required, they are available as an option.

5. ICE Ignition 4100 Pro Series Race Coil - With twice the energy of a standard coil, the ICE Ignition 4100 Coil is the ideal coil for forced induction & Nitrous injected engines.

6. Wiring Loom - The ICE Ignition wiring loom is approximately 2 metres long, is easy to install and the included instructions detail the required vehicle connection points.
